Software Support Component Catalog

We have a number of software components for which we offer commercial support. For example:

Spiff Workflow: €200/month, 5 hours included. €80/hour for everything on top.
Exscript: €200/month, 5 hours included. €80/hour for everything on top.
Gelatin: €100/month, 5 hours included. €80/hour for everything on top.
Appointer for WordPress: $20/month, 1 hour included.

Other software components: Please contact us for a quote.

The support is intended to cover work that is required to “keep things running”, such as bugfixing, security patches, and compatibility maintenance.
Adding of new features is priced on a case-by-case basis, please contact us for a quote if you have a specific task in mind.

Support for websites and online services

We currently offer support for PHP (including WordPress), Python (including Flask and Django), and Javascript websites of your choice. We offer three levels of maintenance and support to suit your needs. With every plan you will have Python experts monitoring and keeping your code in top shape for the fraction of the cost of hiring a developer.

Project Initiation

$1,000 one time fee

No matter what level plan you choose, we will spend some time up front getting to know your code base, setting up access, establishing communication protocols with you and the team, and doing an initial project clean up that will involve getting the site up to date. This allows us to start with a known baseline and gives you immediate updates to your site.



  • We will monitor your website as well as all the libraries you depend on each month.
  • When new versions are released we will perform the upgrades to your application as needed.
  • We will track and manage any compatibility issues in your code with the upgrades.



This package includes all the services from our Updater package, plus the following:

  • We will monitor your site each month for performance bottlenecks.
  • Once a month, we will review your application code for security concerns.
  • At the end of each month, we will provide a report on any new findings. In addition, we will itemize either what was done to resolve the issues found if they are minor, or provide recommendations for what should be done if they are major.



This package includes all the services from our Optimizer package, plus the following:

  • We will setup monitoring so that we are immediately notified of any exceptions in your site.
  • We will resolve any alert by fixing the bug.
  • We will begin working the issue within 1 business day.
